Dr. Brittany Anderson, a proud native of Lewisburg, West Virginia, is a passionate and dedicated education enthusiast. In 2024, she established Anderson EDventures with the goal of empowering educators and communities to create learning environments where children can truly thrive.

 

With a passion for teaching and learning, Dr. Anderson believes that meaningful discussions and a critical examination of our educational system are essential. However, these conversations must come from a place of empathy, open-mindedness, and a genuine desire to understand different perspectives. Dr. Anderson recognizes that there are complex challenges facing education, but she is committed to facilitating professional development that brings people together rather than dividing them. Her approach is rooted in the belief that positive change happens when we approach difficult topics with compassion and a collaborative spirit.

Dr. Anderson has a diverse educational background. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-6), a Master's degree in Reading, an Education Specialist degree in Administration, and a Doctorate degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  In addition to her education, she has gained valuable practical experience in the field of education. She has worked as both a teacher and a principal, giving her first-hand experience in the classroom as well as in school administration.
